Every day we produce a ridiculous amount of the fresh bread. The bakers usually start about 3 in the morning and start the production. We also deliver bread and some pastries to other places around Manchester. It's amazing that in the last four years when we are in Stockford, the people are coming like in the regular. It's not like just the customers. The most of the people have just become our friends. I can't believe that here every day our place is full. The cinnamon bun is our best seller. And really whatever amount we're going to prepare for the day, it's going to be all gone. Sometimes like the Saturday, people are waiting outside to come inside. And from the time when the doors are open till the time when we are closing, I think like there is never ending queue and that's amazing.
