So what are Family Hubs in Stockport? Quite simply they're about giving families as much information, help and support as they can, nice and early, so that they can self-help, have early intervention, have a preventative and proactive approach to supporting their children and families. It's about thriving neighbourhoods and communities and it's absolutely universal information, help and support for all families. The Family Hub website is the primary tool that you'll need to support families that are in and out of the places that you work having those nice conversations. If you're on the website, you're accessing Family Hubs, you don't physically need to go to a Hub site, so getting people on the website is the best thing you can do to give them all the tools that they'll need to help their children have a thriving life. Our website's got five main functions. It's got the app at the top, it's got help and support pages, it's a place where you can ask us a question using the contact form, it's got a fantastic directory of groups and services, and then after that it's got what's on, lots of other information that can help families make good decisions for them and their children. The Family Hubs app is our number one tool for parents that we want to drive as many people onto as possible. It's on our website, that's the best place to find it, and it's got loads of information, help and support for families, a huge library of resources about routines, ages and stages of development, how to cope with different behaviours. It's a really good tool for all parents to have a look at it. So think about those conversations you have in your settings with children and families and their parents. Can you get people onto our website? Can you get them onto the app? It's translatable into 75 different languages and it sends information that's relevant to that children, that family, using their postcode and their demographics. It's a great tool. After the app, the help and support on the website is also another great tool that you can use when you're having conversations with parents and carers. It's all the trusted information that you might need around the cross-cutting issues for families. Parenting offers, send, money, mental wellbeing for parents, housing, working skills, there it is, you can see it on the right hand side. It's got all the information that you can trust from council, from local government, central government, health services, all the bits that you need to rely on to help. After the help and support pages, the Children and Families Directory is a really great tool that you can use and help people access to find out all those wonderful organisations, groups and services that are out in their local neighbourhood that we want them to end up in. Whether it's something like Send or activities for kids, play groups, activities, sports, any of those community, voluntary and faith sector organisations should be on our directory. Use the search function, use the different tabs to find out more in those conversations with families that you're having. And then if all those items don't work, the final tool in your armoury is to get that family to ask a question on the Family Hubs website. It's about the fourth or fifth thing down on our website. It's the contact us form. When they click it, they'll be given the option to contact the Health Visiting and School Nursing Advice Line on the phone. But if it's not something about health and wellbeing, development of their child, they want to ask an online question, click past that with the Start Now and you'll get that parent carer onto our Family Hub enquiry form where they can ask a question relating to their child and it comes into our Hub system and we answer it within 48 hours. So those are the main tools that you'll need to support all the fabulous work that you're doing out in libraries, leisure and other settings to make every contact count with families. Thanks. Bye now.
